The 12 week Transformation Challenge is our biggest challenge of the year, It's a healthy living contest, BUT it's so much more than a contest. t will help you transform yourself inside and out! Started in 2010, it has grown by more than 15% every year. Why? Because it gets results! We send you 12 weeks worth of workouts, challenges, and meal plans - All you have to do is execute!

Start your transformation — Follow our exercises and nutrition recommendations for best results.

Record your inner transformation online and be sure to submit your Challenge information online — Per Challenge Rules and Regulations, we must receive your completed Official Competitors Guide within 5 days of the end date of your 12-week Challenge.

What's new in 2015?
We are proud to announce 3 BIG Changes to the 2015 Transformation Challenge!
1. We now have enough annual contestants to break the winners into age classes. They will be as follows:
Juniors: age 30 and below
Masters: age 31-50
Elite: age 51plus
2. We are adding a new concept of Challenge Round Start Dates to make entry to the challenge more flexble for you. Pick your own start date using the dates above!
3. In years past, we have sent you all of your materials up front and left the rest up to you. This year you have options:

have them sent weekly by an online fitness coach

choose to get help from a trainer (we can help you find an in-person trainer -or- use one of our online coaches. And, of course, you always have the option to go solo.

If you win, we want to make sure you are rewarded for your hard work! The overall winner gets first pick of the prizes below, Second Place has second pick of the remaining prizes, and third place gets the remaining item.
How Is The Winner Picked?
The winners are chosen in each age class based on best transformation. The age classes are judged based on:

There will be one winner from each age class. Those 3 winners will again be judged against one another using the criteria above to establish overall 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place.
