to anyone who signs up, just because it’s easier that way. But that is
missing the point!
The same basic principles apply to everyone. Eat healthy and exercise
is advice everyone should take. But what that means is different from

It all starts with a test of your physiological load. This is a unique system
based on O.P.T. principles, and it’s used to determine your unique starting
point. We also use Functional Movement Screening principles to find out
where your body has limitations and joint movement impairments. From
there, we develop a unique program tailored specifically to your needs,
that includes corrective exercise to bring you back to balance, with the

Jess Williams blends a wealth of fitness industry experience with an incredible passion for improving the quality of life for her clients. She received a degree in exercise physiology with a core focus in sports nutrition. In 2011, she was trained in both corrective exercise and performance enhancement from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. "I work with an outstanding team of trainers to provide customized health and fitness plans. We dissect and create solutions to life’s everyday problems so that you can avert the obstacles and achieve great workouts. We are dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals by creating an overall lifestyle change. The fitness solutions we create incorporate all five components of fitness: Goal Setting, Nutrition, Cardiovascular Conditioning, Resistance Training, and Professional Assistance. Eric Reiss

Eric Reiss – began formal martial arts training in 1967 with the study of Judo. In 1973, he began studying T’ai Chi Ch’uan under noted martial arts master, Dr. Marshall Ho’o. Eric apprenticed and instructed under Dr. Ho’o’s guidance for twelve years. In 1989, he received certification as First Rank Instructor by the National T’ai Chi Ch’uan Association, Los Angeles, CA. In 1996, he was certified Sho-Dan (Black Belt, First Degree) in Neko Ryu Goshin Jitsu by Sensei Ernest Cates. Teaching T’ai Chi Ch’uan independently since 1989, in 1999 Shifu Reiss founded the Silk Tiger School of T’ai Chi Ch’uan in the Piedmont Region of North Carolina. Shifu Reiss has taught classes and workshops at: UNCG, High Point University, Elon College, and Women’s Hospital of Greensboro. Among his corporate clients are: Malt-O-Meal and Center for Creative Leadership. In addition to T’ai Chi Ch’uan, Mr. Reiss is an accomplished writer, expert bowman, and classical guitarist.
Nick Outlaw

Nick Outlaw is a Corrective Exercise Expert who is passionate about addressing clients’ imbalances and movement patterns, so they can truly enjoy life’s adventures at their best. He interned and learned from some of the best physical therapists in the field, and currently works with Justin Wilhelm from Trinity Wellness Center to prescribe the safest and most effective programs possible. A fan of college basketball, Nick has advised and trained the #1 NBA draft pick, John Wall. As a young boy, he grew up playing baseball with Josh Hamilton, MLB American League MVP. At an early age, Nick started strength training (in the 6th grade) with his older brother. Nick says he always felt that he needed to train smarter than other athletes because he wasn’t as naturally gifted athletically as others on his baseball team. It was, as he says, his only advantage to remain competitive. Today, Nick’s smarter approach to training and corrective and rehabilitative work spans a range of client diagnoses and conditions to maximize their fitness potential, including cancer patients, clients with ACL injuries, and those who have undergone hip replacements.
